At OutspireX, our products are made from upcycled paragliders and parachutes. Each item is unique, with natural variations, marks, and imperfections that reflect the materials’ previous life. These characteristics are intentional and part of the product’s design.

All Sales Are Final: We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

 

Defective or Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged in transit or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@outspirex.com. We may request photos and proof of purchase.

Unauthorized Returns: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
