OUTSPIREX AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the OutspireX Affiliate Program (“Program”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Program Overview

OutspireX (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers an affiliate program that allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by promoting OutspireX products through unique referral links or codes.

Affiliates earn commissions only on qualifying purchases that are properly tracked through the affiliate system.

2. Eligibility & Enrollment

  • Participation is open to individuals and businesses worldwide.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

  • We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

  • Affiliates must provide accurate and up-to-date information during signup.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates agree to:

  • Promote OutspireX in an honest, ethical, and brand-aligned manner

  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules

  • Clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required (e.g., “This post contains affiliate links”)

  • Avoid misleading, deceptive, or false claims about OutspireX products​

Affiliates may not:

  • Use spam, bots, or automated traffic

  • Bid on OutspireX trademarks or brand terms in paid ads without written permission

  • Impersonate OutspireX or represent themselves as an employee

  • Use affiliate links on coupon sites, deal aggregators, or cashback platforms without approval

  • Engage in any activity that damages the OutspireX brand or community

4. Commission Structure

  • Commission rates are set by OutspireX and may vary by product or promotion.

  • Commission rates are subject to change at any time.

  • Commissions are earned only on completed, non-refunded purchases.

  • Returned, refunded, fraudulent, or canceled orders are not eligible for commission.

5. Tracking & Attribution

  • Sales are tracked via unique affiliate links or referral methods provided through the affiliate portal (outspirexrebels.goaffpro.com/create-account) 

  • OutspireX is not responsible for commissions lost due to:

    • Disabled cookies

    • Browser privacy settings

    • Ad blockers

    • User error or technical issues beyond our control

Tracking decisions made by the affiliate system are final.

6. Commission Approval & Payment

  • All commissions are initially marked as pending.

  • Commissions are approved after a return/refund holding period (typically 14–30 days).

  • Payments are made manually by OutspireX using the payout method provided by the Affiliate.

​

Payout Terms:

  • Minimum payout threshold: $50

  • Payout frequency: Monthly

  • Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payout information.

OutspireX is not responsible for failed payments due to incorrect payout details.

7. Taxes & Reporting

  • Affiliates are considered independent contractors, not employees or partners.

  • Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying their own taxes.

  • For U.S.-based affiliates:

    • If total payouts reach $600 or more in a calendar year, a W-9 will be required

    • OutspireX will issue a Form 1099-NEC as required by law

  • Non-U.S. affiliates are responsible for complying with tax laws in their country of residence.

 

8. Brand Assets & Intellectual Property

  • Affiliates may use approved OutspireX logos, images, and brand assets solely for Program participation.

  • Brand assets may not be modified without permission.

  • All intellectual property remains the property of OutspireX.

9. Prohibited Activities & Abuse

The following actions may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:

  • Self-referrals (purchasing through your own affiliate link)

  • Fake or incentivized purchases

  • Fraudulent activity of any kind

  • Violation of these Terms or applicable laws

OutspireX reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause.

Upon termination:

  • Affiliate access will be revoked

  • Pending commissions may be withheld if a violation occurred

  • Approved commissions earned prior to termination may be paid at OutspireX’s discretion

11. Program Changes

OutspireX may update, modify, or terminate the Affiliate Program or these Terms at any time.

Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

​

12. Limitation of Liability

OutspireX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to participation in the Program.

Total liability shall not exceed the commissions paid to the Affiliate during the previous 12 months.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
